i always wondered what a mobius strip was! the link was a little confusing [in content] for a non-maths/science-y kid but i dutifully made one out of paper and cut it in half to see. it was like watching the curiosity show again - ta!
I love the paper Möbius Strip! That always blew my mind as a kid ... trace a line on the strip and the lines will meet up!
I did this on a Sunday Afternoon about 3 weeks ago! (paper and tracing moebius strips not lego moebius strips)(how do you do umlauts in comments?)A 3-d shape with 2 surfaces, it's like the curiousity show in your own home.
