Just woke up.
Fell asleep reading my too-large fantasy novel. The thing is just hard work to hold in bed.
Lentil soup is bubbling away (based on Rach's recipe, it's bloody good, I added chilli and spinach) .
And nothing.
I have nothing to do except eat my soup, read my book.
And start everything again tomorrow. Can't have everything now, can you?

No. You can't have everything, but if you had everything, you probably wouldn't want it.
What's the book?
Book is The Bonehunters by Steven Erikson.
I am not a massive fan of fantasy, but Erikson is an absolute genius. I rate him with Tolkien. Controversial, I know. The books are more of a brief glimpses of a massive tapestry than a traditional series, as such.
Hard work in places (Just like JRR) but well worth the effort. I can lend you Gardens of the Moon, which is the first of them.
I'm glad you like the soup.
What else would you have, if not a safe place to read a book and food?
I know what I'd have.
A diamond studded alarm clock, so at least when I wake up I can be both blinging and sleepy.
And bitches to call my very own.
(as a market-related aside, have you seen the seedless cocktail avocadoes?! I'll bet they have squid DNA in them.)
