Buffet is a fascinating character ... the leader of a personality cult, incredibly wealthy, but also at odds with the tradition of 'wealth at any cost' market speculation ... he lives a very modest life.
This new brand philanthropy (Bill Gates will step down from Microsoft by 2008 to entirely focus on his charitable work) is rather incredible.

and if there were more gazillionaires like him, the world would be a much, much nicer place for billions of people to live in.
should we not question the structures in place that allow people to amass that much money to begin with?
